Inclusive Fitness in Bedfordshire
Rehabilitation and Recovery
At Inclusion Fitness, we believe everybody deserves to move with confidence, regardless of age, ability, injury, diagnosis or where they are on their recovery journey.
Regain Strength, Confidence and Independence
Our rehabilitation service bridges the gap between healthcare and exercise, providing a safe, supportive and personalised environment to help individuals regain strength, improve movement and return to the activities that matter most to them.
Whether you are recovering from an injury, surgery, managing a long-term condition, or simply looking to move more confidently, we will work with you to create a programme that is tailored entirely to your needs, goals and abilities.
Who Can Benefit?
We support children, young people and adults who may be:
Recovering from an injury or surgery
Returning to exercise following a period of illness or reduced mobility
Living with a neurological condition such as stroke or cerebral palsy
Managing a long-term health condition
Experiencing ongoing aches, pains or movement restrictions
Looking to improve balance, coordination, strength and confidence
What Makes Us Different?
At Inclusion Fitness, rehabilitation doesn't happen in a clinical environment. It takes place in an inclusive, welcoming gym where people feel comfortable, supported and encouraged.
We combine evidence-based rehabilitation, functional exercise and hands-on treatment to help individuals progress at a pace that is appropriate for them.
Our focus is not simply on treating an injury; it's about helping people return to everyday life with greater confidence, independence and physical capability.

Your initial appointment will include a detailed discussion about your condition, medical history, lifestyle and goals, followed by a physical assessment to identify any areas of weakness, restriction or dysfunction.
From there, we will create a personalised rehabilitation plan and discuss the most appropriate treatment options to help you progress safely, effectively and confidently.
-
As every individual we support is unique, all our programmes and sessions are tailored to meet specific needs, goals, and circumstances. For this reason, we do not publish standard pricing on our website.
The cost of sessions will vary depending on several factors, including the type of support required, session duration, frequency of sessions, and the number of sessions being delivered. Before we provide session cost, we take the time to understand your individual needs, objectives, and any additional requirements to ensure we can create the most appropriate programme for you.
