Midday Momentum
Class Times | Monday – 1:00pm
Looking for a fitness class that feels welcoming, supportive, and free from the intimidation often associated with traditional gyms?
Midday Momentum is our small group lunchtime training session designed for people who want to step away from their desk, move their body, clear their mind, and improve their fitness in a friendly and encouraging environment.
Whether you're new to exercise, returning after a break, or simply looking for a fitness space where you feel comfortable, Midday Momentum is for you.
-
With more people working from home than ever before, it's easy to spend the day moving from one email, meeting, or task straight to the next without ever leaving your desk.
Many of us spend hours sitting, staring at screens, and putting our own wellbeing to the bottom of the priority list.
Midday Momentum gives you the opportunity to step away from your laptop, clear your mind, and focus on yourself for 45 minutes.
Regular movement throughout the day has been shown to help reduce stress, improve concentration and productivity, boost energy levels, improve posture and mobility, support physical and mental wellbeing, and help combat the negative effects of prolonged sitting.
Rather than reaching the end of the working day feeling tired, stiff, and mentally drained, you'll return to your desk feeling refreshed, energised, and ready to tackle the rest of the day.
-
Each 45-minute session focuses on improving full-body strength, fitness, and overall wellbeing through a variety of functional exercises and training methods.
Our sessions are designed to be challenging but inclusive, with exercises adapted to suit different abilities, fitness levels, and experience.
You don't need to be fit to start, and you certainly don't need to worry about keeping up with everyone else. We encourage everyone to work at their own pace whilst supporting one another along the way.
-
Many exercise programmes take a one-size-fits-all approach. We recognise that every individual is unique and requires a personalised approach that considers their strengths, interests, motivations, abilities, and support needs.
At Inclusion Fitness, we overcome all three of these barriers by providing specialist support within a private, calm, and fully equipped training environment, where every session is tailored to the individual.
No Mirrors. No Egos. No Judgement.
Just great people supporting each other to become fitter, stronger, healthier, and happier.

If you're looking for a fitness class where you'll feel supported, encouraged, and part of something positive, we'd love to welcome you to Midday Momentum.
Senior Strength & Mobility
Class Times | Wednesday – 10:15am
Stay Strong. Stay Mobile. Stay Connected.
Our Senior Strength & Mobility class is a welcoming and supportive small-group session designed specifically for retired adults who want to maintain their strength, mobility, balance, and independence.
As we get older, staying active becomes more important than ever. Many people find that once they retire, they naturally become less active as daily routines change. However, regular movement plays a vital role in maintaining physical health, reducing the risk of falls, improving balance, supporting joint health, and helping us continue doing the things we enjoy for as long as possible.
This class is designed to help you move with confidence, feel stronger, and stay active in a safe and supportive environment.
-
Whilst the physical benefits of exercise are important, this class offers so much more than fitness.
For many of our members, the class has become an opportunity to meet new people, build friendships, and enjoy social interaction with others who are at a similar stage of life.
We know that retirement can sometimes feel isolating and that spending more time alone can impact both physical and mental wellbeing. That's why creating a friendly and welcoming community is just as important to us as the exercises themselves.
Many of our members stay for a chat after class, meet up for coffee, and have formed friendships that extend well beyond the gym.
-
Each session focuses on:
✔ Improving strength and muscle mass
✔ Maintaining mobility and flexibility
✔ Improving balance and coordination
✔ Supporting joint health
✔ Increasing confidence in everyday movement
✔ Promoting independence and quality of life
Exercises can be adapted to suit different fitness levels and abilities, ensuring everyone feels comfortable, supported, and challenged at a level that is right for them.
-
This class is suitable for retired adults of all fitness levels who would like to remain active, strong, and mobile.
Participants should be able to get up and down from the floor independently.
No previous gym experience is required.
You’re Never Too Old To Start.
Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, maintain your independence, meet new people, or simply enjoy moving more, we'd love to welcome you to our Senior Strength & Mobility class.
Come along, get moving, and become part of our supportive community.

No two groups are the same.
Some groups are made up of friends looking to improve their fitness together, whilst others may consist of family members, parents and children, who want to exercise in a supportive, familiar, and enjoyable environment.
We also work with groups who have additional needs and require sessions adapted to suit their individual abilities, goals, and requirements. These groups can be formed by families, friendship groups, or individuals who wish to exercise alongside others with similar needs and interests.
Our role is to ensure that every member of the group feels included, supported, and successful.
You Bring the Group, We’ll Bring the Training.
If you have a group of 4–6 people who would like to train together, we'd love to hear from you.

Kind words from our clients
“Just wanted to let you know that C does not want to miss the class, she told her physio that if necessary she will only use the rowing machine. One determined person who you have turned into a gym bunny!”
“Absolutely love my class. I feel so much stronger, fitter and I love the company. Can’t thank everyone enough for making hard work such an enjoyable experience”. Irene 84 years old
“Joining the Senior Strength class has made a world of difference. By the time my grandson was born in April, I felt so much fitter and stronger. At 70, I genuinely don't think I'd have managed the physical demands of daily baby care without Beth's weekly workouts."
See the difference we can make.
If you would like to discuss how Inclusion Fitness can support you, your child, or someone you work with, we would love to hear from you.
